Complete Package Units

All hammer mill units are available in complete package form:

  • Hammer mill with stock screen
  • Standard feed table
  • Base frame with motor mount
  • Electric motor for 230/460V-3 ph-1750 RPM operation
  • On-off control with O.L. protection & enclosure
  • 25-foot power cord with plug
  • V-belt drive for proper speed on all pulleys
  • Safely limit switch (stops motor if mill is opened)
  • Safety belt guard with motor cover

Bottom Discharge

Our bottom discharge hammer mills offer the following advantages:

  • Can process most dry material as well as wet or pulpy materials (such as fruit or fish, etc) 
  • Bottom (underside) is completely open for full and rapid discharge.
  • Efficient production processing materials down to 1/8" - 1/4" range final size.
  • Easily installed over a pit, hopper, conveyor or any container.
  • Useful where suction or blower type mills are not practical.

Blower Discharge

Our blower discharge hammer mills offer the following advantages:

  • Used mainly for grinding dry, lightweight material rapidly.
  • Material discharges from top of side-mounted blower unit.
  • Processed material can be blown 20 ft. for distribution.
